Another lovely stay in what is becoming our regular spot at the golf del sur ,booked again for march . We Like the quiet location and on site bar and restaurant that has great staff and very reasonabley priced meals and drinks .

Absolutely loved our stay at the villa, property was beautiful with a lovely view. Owner is really nice, very genuine and easy to get along with, immediate responses and perfect recommendations from him for places to visit.
Overall 10/10 experience, will definitely be booking again.

We have use click stay on a few occasions now And only properties we stayed in at Amarillo villas two absolutely Brilliant and I would happily stay in Amarillo Two.
I am sorry to say that I would not stop at this apartment again there are safety issues with no guard rail on the upstairs bathroom where the doors open The whirlpool bath didn’t work The kitchen sink if you start to fill it at breakfast time you’d be still waiting at dinner time for it to fill something drastically wrong at the toilet downstairs the flush wasn’t working. We reported this and whoever came in to fix it just turned the water off to the toilet so I actually fixed it myself and another thing. The towels in the apartment will like using sandpaper on your skin, I think you need to use a different laundry , to outside there was a big open gutter Drain with no lid on it walls which are approximately 2 foot tie with at least a 10 foot drop again with no guard rail to stop children falling over so I’m terribly sorry if this upsets you but it’s the truth

Prior to your stay we have 7 x 5 star reviews in a row so our sincere apologies if you our very high standards took a temporary dip.
We had taken on a new maintenance man but soon realised he wasn't providing our normal level of service so have dispensed with his services. I am sorry that you were affected by this.
We don't advertise a whirlpool bath. We fixed the kitchen sink issue immediately.
I have fed back your comments about the towels to our housekeepers.
The lid on the drain was temporarily taking away to be fixed and is now in place. Sorry again if this affected your stay.
You have been a great customer of ours over the last few years and we'd love to welcome you back to prove that this was a complete one off. I shall email you privately as we'd like to offer you an incentive for coming back.
As you can see from our excellent reviews, we receive very high marks for both the villa and our service and we are very sorry this on this occasion, and only temporarily you felt our standards had dropped.
We are very sure that now we have our new maintenance staff in place that the 5 star reviews will continue to come in.

I have been to Tenerife over 30 times and this is my first choice of places to stay. Everything you could possibly need has been thought of. The views from the balcony looking over the marina are stunning and peaceful. I guarantee you won't want to leave cos 1 week is just not long enough.

Stayed with 4 adults, a baby and two toddlers. Villa was lovely and the pool was great.
We had a few meals in the 19th Hole onsite bar which we’d recommend. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Communication with Jon was easy.
This is our second time in these villas and we’d happily stay in this one again.

Just back from a lovely 2 week stay at unit 2 Amarilla Golf. The villa and pool was great, any questions were answered quickly and any queries were dealt with promptly. Carlos was especially helpful. The staff at the 19th Hole were always polite and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

This apartment was fabulous and well kept. The staff on the resort were fabulous and the location had the most beautiful views. The space was very very generous. The downside was the building work noise which started at 7.30 am every week day and on weekend the lawnmower on the golf resort. If you are an early riser it's fine but if you want a quiet time then get some earplugs. Beautiful apartment in a nice area.

Our daughter Lisa is disabled but can walk short distances and climb stairs. So we have to be careful when choosing a property. Unit 1 was perfect for us . Level access from the road to the apartment door with wheelchair. Brilliant ground floor terrace with your own table and chairs and sun loungers which meant we could be outside in the sun whilst Lisa was inside on her laptop and the WiFi was excellent. A sort distance to the nice pool up about 5 steps which Lisa easily managed with our help. Also the 19th hole bar was a bonus great food and drinks enjoying the superb views over the golf course to the sea. A big Thank You to all the gang at the 19th hole for all your Help and Kindness we had a great holiday Cheers Kev Tricia and Lisa
